Good to know
The partnered caregiving agency selects and assigns caregivers based on your schedule and needs. You don't have to search or vet anyone yourself — but you always approve any change of caregiver before it takes effect.
Submit a skip request for a specific date or a whole week. Those visits are marked skipped, no caregiver is assigned, and they're automatically excluded from your billing. Your ongoing routine picks right back up afterwards.
Yes. You can edit your ongoing schedule at any time — add or remove days, change the hours, or end the series entirely. Changes apply going forward without disrupting past visits.
Billing is set per account as either per-session or weekly. Either way, skipped occurrences are automatically left off your charges, and you'll find every invoice and receipt in the app.
The agency can arrange coverage so your visit still happens. For non-emergency changes you'll always get a swap request to approve first; same-day emergency cover is handled with clear notice so you're never left without support.
