A three-sided platform with one shared, always-in-sync schedule. Here's the journey — from your first booking to a caregiver clocking in.
You choose days, a time window, a start date, and whether it's one-time or ongoing.
Your request lands in the agency queue. They assign a vetted caregiver to the series.
Caregivers see each visit — client, address, notes — and deliver consistent support.
You're charged for real visits; the agency is paid weekly on its own ledger.
1 · Booking & recurring schedules
Instead of booking each appointment, you describe your routine once. KindNest turns it into individual occurrences you can manage day by day.
2 · Skip a date or a week
Submit a skip request for a single date or a whole week. That occurrence is marked skipped, no caregiver is assigned, and it's excluded from billing — the rest of your series continues untouched.
3 · Assignment & swap approval
The agency assigns and can reassign caregivers — but a reassignment becomes a request, not an instant change. Here's the approval loop.
A new caregiver is suggested with a profile, reason, and effective date.
The swap sits as "proposed." Nothing changes on your schedule yet.
Approve and it takes effect. Decline and the agency proposes an alternative.
Same-day illness is handled with prompt notice so care is never interrupted.
4 · Two independent ledgers
Customers can be billed per session or weekly. Agencies are always paid weekly on their own payout cycle — so a per-session family and a weekly family both roll up into the same reliable agency payout.
